Lexorii vs Vision Law.

Vision Law and Lexorii are both built in the UAE for UAE law firms, so the choice comes down to a few real differences: how you are charged, which courts you need connected, and how your firm works.

What Vision Law is

  • Vision Law is an Arabic-first system for UAE law offices, covering cases and hearings, tasks, finance with tax invoices, a client portal, and alerts by email and WhatsApp. Vision Law’s page
  • It is priced per user per month in three plans: AED 100 basic, AED 125 with AI, and AED 150 with court sync, with a minimum of 3 users. Vision Law’s page
  • Its court sync reads the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department and Dubai Courts portals with the firm’s own account at each court, re-checking open cases every four hours. It is read only, and changes wait in a review queue until a lawyer approves them. Vision Law’s page

Lexorii at a glance

  • AED 59 per user a month + VAT, one plan with every feature.
  • Firm database and files are stored on a server in Dubai, UAE.
  • Hijri (Umm al-Qura) and Gregorian dates side by side in the calendar.
  • Time tracking with a live timer, and billing and payment records in dirhams (AED), with 5% VAT worked out on payment records.

The short answer

Lexorii is the better fit for

  • A firm that wants to pay AED 59 per user, less than Vision Law’s basic plan, with every feature included
  • A firm that works in both Arabic and English, with each person choosing their own language
  • Partners who want the business side in the same system: who introduced each client, commission when the client pays, salaries and take-home, and collections
  • A firm that wants two-way sync with Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar, and live co-editing of documents without a Microsoft licence

Vision Law is the better fit if

  • You litigate in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and want hearings and decisions read from the court portals automatically. Lexorii has no court-portal connection today. Vision Law’s page
  • You want a vendor with a longer track record in the UAE. Ask Vision Law for firms you can speak to.

What it costs your firm

Vision Law is AED 100 to AED 150 per user per month, with a minimum of 3 users. Lexorii is AED 59 per user, with every feature in one plan.

For a ten-person firm that is AED 1,000 to AED 1,500 a month on Vision Law, against AED 590 on Lexorii. What the lower price does not buy is court sync: if you need the Abu Dhabi or Dubai court portals read for you, Vision Law’s court-sync plan does that and Lexorii does not.
