Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?
No. There is one plan, AED 59 per user a month, and every feature is in it. We do not hold reporting, the client portal or debt recovery back for a more expensive tier.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone at your firm who signs in: partners, lawyers, accountants and support staff, all at the same price. Your clients on the client portal never count and never pay. Each bill covers the people on the system, so adding or removing someone takes effect from the next bill.
What happens after the 3 free months?
If you'd like to continue after the free months, let us know before the end of month 2. If you decide not to continue, nothing is charged. You can export your data either way. We do not ask for card details up front, so there is nothing to cancel.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No lock-in. You can stop at the end of any billing period with no exit fees, and rejoin whenever you like. We would rather keep firms because the software is worth paying for than because a contract says so.
Do you charge for setup, migration or training?
No. Setting your firm up, moving your existing matters and client records across, and training your team are all part of the price. Several competitors bill these as one-off professional-services fees.
How does AI pricing work?
AI is one plan for the whole firm, not per user: AED 75, AED 365 or AED 735 a month. It covers the assistant, drafting, document translation and meeting transcripts. You can upgrade any time, paying only the prorated difference. During the free months, the AED 75 AI plan is included in the first month only; from the second month, AI is billed at the plan you choose. Nothing else in Lexorii depends on AI, so a firm that would rather not use it keeps every other feature. When you ask about your own work, the assistant can look up records you already have access to, such as matters, cases, tasks, your calendar, clients and documents, through the same permission checks as the normal screens, so it never sees more than your role can open. The provider, Anthropic, receives your messages and the records looked up for you, and under its commercial terms does not train on them. The assistant never changes anything on its own.
How much storage do we get?
50 GB of storage per firm is included; extra storage is AED 1 per GB a month.
Does Lexorii work in Arabic, and does Arabic cost extra?
Yes. Every screen of the firm workspace can run fully in Arabic, right to left, and the language is chosen per person rather than per firm, so a partner can work in Arabic while a colleague works in English on the same matter at the same time. Documents and PDFs come out in the language they were written in: Arabic is shaped and laid out right to left, with figures still reading left to right. A few outputs are still English: the fixed headings on invoice and court-bundle PDFs, notification emails, and the web client portal. Arabic is part of the price, not an add-on.
Do you charge extra to build something specific to our firm?
Firm-specific features and workflow changes are part of how we work, not a separate professional-services invoice. We scope what you need with you on a call and agree it before anything is built, so it stays a real commitment rather than an open-ended promise. Referral and commission tracking began as one firm’s request and now ships to every firm on Lexorii.
Does the price include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added where applicable.
Do our clients cost extra?
No. Client portal access is included for as many clients as you want to invite. Your clients never pay anything.
Where is our data stored, and can we get it out?
Firm database and files are stored on a server in Dubai, UAE. Every 15 minutes, encrypted backups go to a second, separate provider in Dubai. They are encrypted before they leave our server, so that provider cannot read them, and a restore is tested automatically every month. It is your data: you can export it, and if you ever leave we will help you take it with you.
Does Lexorii include trust accounting?
No, and we would rather you know before a demo. There is no trust or client-account ledger. Debt recovery files do track money the firm is holding for a client and what is still owed onward to them, kept apart from firm revenue, but that is a record of the file, not a trust-accounting system.
What if we are a solo practitioner?
Then you pay for one user, AED 59 a month, with the same features as a fifty-person firm. Talk to us if you are unsure: tell us your situation on a call and we will give you a straight answer about whether Lexorii is worth it at your size.
